Tour Guide ( A Ren), local vietnamese, able to speak chinese and very friendly as well. Knowledgeable and able to share alot of Vietnam history.
Food acceptable. Hotel clean also. Trip was planned well.
Except 1 day was raining but was unexpected.
The only downside is the weather is too hot in June, bus aircond not cold enough.”

Our group, got 3 elderly (more then 70 years old) and 1 wheelchair travelers.. both of you coordinate on all the arrangement let me and my mom feel safe and warmest during the trip.. Especially this, I really need to mention. . after check-in to hotel, collected Key and entering room.. Enquiries about the tour was well informed by Ms Jenny Lo and she is prompt and efficient in replying with no time frame.
Hotels during our stay in Chuxiong, Lijiang, Shangri-La and Dali are 5 stars.
We experienced 4 Tour Guides during our trip. All of them well experienced and caring. A thumbs up for the friendly, caring and experienced Tour bus driver.

People been saying food is terrible though it was many years ago. The food and accomodations planned by Golden Deluxe is excellent. Not much hiccup throughout the entire journey.
Tour guide, Angel is helpful whenever issues arise and got resolved, like hotel room not lockable, baggage issue at airport etc.

Before departure, our tour leader Mr. Shirong personally called me and explained the details and preparations before the flight. He took good care of us during the trip. I was surprised to have such a good travel agency service. When we arrived at the local area, our tour guide, Ms. Xiaoting, was also very nice. Seeing that all our group members were shivering from the cold, she immediately took us to buy down jackets, which was very considerate. Zhangjiajie is really a place worth traveling to. The scenery is picturesque, every resort is so shocking, and the local food is also very suitable for our taste. The service and tourist attractions of this travel agency are the most satisfying trip I have ever had. I had a lot of fun throughout the trip.
